The Most High makes it perfectly clear how we as righteous men and woman are supposed to dress.

Deuteronomy 22:5 The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the Lord thy God. Israelite women are not suppose to wear pants or anything that men wear, nor are men suppose to wear dresses, skirts heels or anything that woman wear, in the scriptures it is called strange apparel.
Zephaniah 1:8 And it shall come to pass in the day of the Lord's sacrifice, that I will punish the princes, and the king's children, and all such as are clothed with strange apparel.
Deuteronomy 22:11 Thou shalt not wear a garment of divers sorts, as of woollen and linen together. we are not suppose to wear mixed fabrics.
Numbers 15:38 Speak unto the children of Israel, and bid them that they make them fringes in the borders of their garments throughout their generations, and that they put upon the fringe of the borders a ribband of blue:
39 And it shall be unto you for a fringe, that ye may look upon it, and remember all the commandments of the Lord, and do them ; and that ye seek not after your own heart and your own eyes, after which ye use to go a whoring:
40 That ye may remember, and do all my commandments, and be holy unto your God.
41 I am the Lord your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: I am the Lord your God.
1 Timothy 2:9 In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array;.
1 Peter 3:3 Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning of plaiting the hair, and of wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel;. These scriptures show how the Israelite woman is suppose to dress and act. It is perfectly fine for women to wear jewelry and braid their hair, this scripturing is saying dont let your outward appearance be your beauty but your spirit and faith in Christ.
1 Corinthians 11:5 But every woman that prayeth or prophesieth with her head uncovered dishonoureth her head: for that is even all one as if she were shaven.
6 For if the woman be not covered, let her also be shorn: but if it be a shame for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her be covered. When ever an Israelite woman is praying or reading the Bible or when ever the Bible is being read by anyone the Israelite woman head is to be covered.
Isaiah 52:1 Awake, awake; put on thy strength, O Zion; put on thy beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city: for henceforth there shall no more come into thee the uncircumcised and the unclean.
